Machado Meyer helps Travers Smith advise on Inflexion acquisition

Machado Meyer assisted Travers Smith (a leading international law firm based in London), acting for Inflexion, in the due diligence of the Brazilian subsidiaries of dss+, a group operating in several countries which carries out consulting services related to the development of corporate culture, workplace safety and sustainability, for purposes of the acquisition by Inflexion of a majority stake in the dss+ group.

Machado Meyer advised Travers Smith LLP and relied on partners Mariana Meditsch (pictured left) and Ivandro Sanchez (pictured right), as well as on lawyers Tatiana Machado Soares and Filipe Barbalho.

Travers Smith LLP (UK) and Walder Wyss Ltd. (Switzerland) also participated in this deal as legal advisors of Inflexion.
