Lefosse advised the issuer, Lobo de Rizzo advised the underwiter on the 2nd issuance of non-convertible
debentures, in single series by PAX Investimentos em Aeroportos, in the total amount of BRL 203 million, pursuant to CvM 160, as amended. Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira acted as the underwriter.
