Lefosse and Machado Meyer act in issuance of debentures of UFV Pitombeira
Lefosse advised the issuer and Machado Meyer advised the coordinators on the 1st issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, with additional guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted efforts, by UFV Pitombeira.
The additional guarantee was provided by Alupar Investimentos in the form of warrant.
The net resources raised by UFV Pitombeira through the issuance of Debentures will be used for the development and implementation of the solar energy generation plant called UFV PITOMBEIRA, as well as for general uses of UFV Pitombeira.
The transaction value was R$ 200 million.
