Lefosse and Machado Meyer in JV between CdV and AMB
Lefosse acted as legal advisor to Casa dos Ventos (CdV) in the structuring of a joint-venture with ArcelorMittal Brasil (AMB) for the development of a wind complex with a total installed capacity of 553,5 MW for Self Production purposes.
The estimated investment for the development of the Project is of approximately BRL 4,2 billion and the Project COD is expected to occur in 2026.
