Lefosse and Pinheiro Guimarães acted in the issuance and public offering of non-convertible debentures, of the unsecured type, intended exclusively for professional investors, through the automatic registration procedure provided for in CVM Resolution 160, of Brisanet Serviços de Telecomunicações, in the total amount of R$401,063,000.00, under the terms of Law No. 12,431.
