Lefosse and Pinheiro Guimarães act on Rumo Malha Paulista issue
Lefosse advised the issuer and Pinheiro Guimarães advised the underwriters on the issuance and public offering of non-convertible unsecured debentures, intended exclusively for professional investors (investidores profissionais), according to CVM 160, by Rumo Malha Paulista, guaranteed by Rumo, in the total amount of BRL1.8 billion.
