Lefosse assists Lavoro in the acquisition of Casa Trevo and CATR
Lefosse acted as legal counsel for Lavoro Agro Holding and its affiliates, including Distribuidora Pitangueiras de Produtos Agropecuários, in the acquisition of an indirect equity stake of 85% of Casa Trevo Comercial Agrícola and CATR Comercial Agrícola, two distributors of agricultural input in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. This is the first investment of Lavoro in this location.
Closing of the transaction is subject to CADE’s approval and other conditions precedent.
