Leite Tosto and IW Melcheds advise on CRI issuance

Leite, Tosto e Barros and IW Melcheds have advised on the issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Leverage Companhia Securitizadora, in a transaction totalling BRL 30.6 million. The deal was backed by real estate receivables from Duarte e Lima.

IW Melcheds advised on the transaction with a team comprising partners Gustavo Taiar (pictured top right) and Vinícius Matarazzo (pictured bottom right), alongside associates Gabriela Bassi, Igor Portela, and João Vinícius Tenório.
