Silveiro advises Rio Bravo and Daycoval on FIDC
Silveiro Advogados advised Rio Bravo Investimentos and Banco Daycoval on the issuance of quotas in a Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDC), structured through a public offering conducted under the automatic registration procedure set forth in CVM Resolution 160, for a total amount of R$ 100 million.
The transaction involved a public distribution of FIDC quotas, a vehicle widely used in the Brazilian capital markets for the securitization of receivables. The offering was carried out in compliance with the streamlined registration framework introduced by the CVM160, which is designed to facilitate access to capital markets through a faster regulatory process.
Silveiro Advogados’ team was led by partner José Roberto de Souza Meirelles Filho and associate Pedro Ferreira Gomez Aguila.
