Lobo de Rizzo and Coelho Advogados on issuance of CRI by MRV

Lobo de Rizzo acted as legal advisors to the arrangers in the 358th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) of True Securitizadora, backed by real estate credit rights owed by MRV Engenharia e Participações, pursuant to CVM 160. Coelho Advogados, advised the issuer.

The transaction value was BRL 641.424,000.00.
