Cescon Barrieu and KLA advised on the acquisition of 6 properties named Assaí Araçatuba-SP, Assaí Macaé-RJ, Assaí Porto Velho-RO, Assaí Bauru-SP, and Assaí Dourados-MS, and Pão de Açúcar Águas Claras-DF, all leased to Sendas Distribuidora and Companhia Brasileira de Distribuição.
The acquisitions are part of the Fund’s strategy for renewing and optimizing its asset portfolio and for efforts to grow its equity. This is being done by utilizing resources raised through the ongoing issuance, which is expected to result in future growth and an increase in the dividends distributed to shareholders, thereby improving the Fund’s performance both qualitatively and quantitatively.
