Pinheiro Neto and Demarest act on SLC Agrícola’s CRA issue

Pinheiro Neto advised SLC Agrícola and Fazenda Pioneira Empreendimentos Agrícola on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in three series of the 203rd Issuance of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by SLC Agrícola and Fazenda Pioneira Empreendimentos Agrícola.

The offer had 202,174 CRA of the First Series, 84,901 CRA of the Second Series, and 803,511 CRA of the Third Series, in the total of 1,090,586 CRA in the total amount of BRL 1,090,586,000.00.
