Lobo de Rizzo and VBSO advised Softplan’s debenture issue

Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised the issuer on the first issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, with security interest and additional guaranty, in single series, to public distribution owed by Softplan issued pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.
