Lefosse act as deal counsel on issuance of Petrobras
Lefosse Advogados has acted as counsel to Petróleo Brasileiro – Petrobras and Banco Bradesco BBI, as lead underwriter on the first issuance of book-entry commercial notes of Petrobras.
The issuance consisted in two series of book-entry commercial notes, without collateral and personal guarantee, in the total amount of BRL 3 billion, and was publicly distributed in accordance with CVM 476/2009, as amended, therefore, with restricted selling efforts, among other rules and regulations.
The proceeds raised by Petrobras through the offering will be used to reinforce its cash for the ordinary course of Petrobras’ business.
