Lobo de Rizzo has a new partner in listed companies
Lobo de Rizzo announced the hiring of Maria Amélia Lisbão Senra (pictured) for public companies and banking regulatory areas.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and their ramifications, and general regulatory matters related to publicly-held companies, their managers and shareholders, intermediary institutions, corporate governance, and securities, the new partner brings experience in private equity and the financial market, with an outstanding role in banking regulations, including banking products and rules on the organization, operation, and supervision of financial and similar institutions.
Maria Amélia has more than 20 years of professional experience and holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a master’s degree in Civil Law from the same institution, and an LLM from the University of Chicago.
