Lollato, Lopes, Rangel e Ribeiro Advogados advised Chapecoense de Futebol Association in judicial reorganization

Lollato, Lopes, Rangel e Ribeiro Advogados advised Chapecoense Football Association on judicial recovery. Chapecoense has a debt of approximately R$ 100 million.

This is the first judicial recovery of a soccer club in Brazil. With this, the club will have a period of 60 days to present its judicial recovery plan.

Payments will be made after the General Meeting of Creditors and the payment terms will have to be negotiated with all creditors.

It is also important to remember that the club’s debts cannot be paid before the plan is approved.
