LRNG and SNA acted on the CRA issue backed by Nova Horizonte
Landi, Rodrigues, Nakano e Giovannetti Advogados (LRNG) and Santos Neto Advogados (SNA) acted on the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs) issued by Opea Securitizadora, on the 138th issuance, backed by receivables generated by Nova Horizonte Agro Industrial, in the total amount of BRL 50 million.
The offering was coordinated by Banco Itaú BBA, acting as lead underwriter pursuant to CVM 160, wich ended in May/2024.
Nova Horizonte Agro Industrial is part of the Itapecuru Bioenergia group, an agroindustry in the bioenergy sector, focusing on the production of anhydrous and hydrated ethanol, located in Aldeias Altas, State of Maranhão.
LRNG advised Nova Horizonte and relied on partners Matheus Veras (pictured left), Ronaldo Giovannetti and lawyer Adriano Cavalcanti.
SNA advised Itaú BBA and relied on partnes Matheus Zilioti (pictured center), Henrique Takeda (pictured right), senior associate José Fernando Borges Gonzalez, associate Farbício Galvano and trainee Ana Caroline Sena.
Vórtx acted as Trustee of the CRAs.
