MACF assists Bancomext in $71.7m credit facility
Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has assisted Bancomext as lender in the negotiation and execution of a Credit Agreement granted to Industrial Bartolo, as borrower, and ADM Hermosillo, as guarantor.
The credit, granted on August 5, was for an amount of USD $71,700,000.
