MACF counsels on sale in favour of the Cojab family
Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes has counselled a client in the sale of shares of two of its companies, which owned different properties located in Mexicali.
The sale of the shares was in favour of the Cojab family. The transaction was signed on 1 June and closed on 2 July.
MACF’s team was led by partners Manuel Echave Pintado (pictured left) and Carlos Jiménez Cantú (pictured right), with the support of associates Bernardo Solórzano, Marielle Labastida Rojo and Mariano David Becerra.
