Machado Meyer act as deal counsel in issuance of Cape Igarassu
Machado Meyer Advogados acted as deal counsel in the 1st issue of bookkeeping commercial notes, in a single series, with real guarantee under suspensive condition, with additional fidejussory guarantee, for public distribution with restricted efforts, of Cape Igarassu Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Químicos in the total amount of R$148,500,000.00.
The issue was guaranteed in the form of a surety bond provided by Chlorum Brasil Holding.
