TRSYM and Bruchou counsel on $44m Notes issuance by Grupo Albanesi
Tavarone Rovelli Salim & Miani has counselled Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca in their co-issuance of their Class XVII, Class XVIII and Class XIX Notes. Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counselled the arrangers, placement agents and settlement agent.
The Notes were issued on 7 November, where Class XVII Notes were issued at a fixed rate of 9.5% nominal per annum, maturing on 7 November 2024, for a total amount of US $11,485,823; Class XVIII Notes at a fixed rate of 3.75% nominal per annum, maturing on 7 November 2024, for a total amount of US $21,107,536; and the Class XIX Notes at a fixed rate of 1% nominal annual rate, maturing on 7 November 2025, for a total amount of 11,555,422 Units of Acquisitive Value (UVAs).
The issues were made under the framework of the Global Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations for a maximum amount of up to US $700,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of measurement or value).
SBS Trading, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Allaria Ledesma & Cía, Balanz Capital Valores, Nación Bursátil, Invertir en Bolsa, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities, Facimex, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Supervielle, Banco Hipotecario, Supervielle Agente de Negociación, Adcap Securities Argentina, Global Valores, TPCG Valores and Petrini Valores acted as placement agents; SBS Capital, and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones as arrangers; and Banco de Servicios y Transacciones as settlement agent.
Gabriel Feld, Mercedes Cabello and Flavia Zarza acted as in-house lawyers for Generación Mediterránea and Central Térmica Roca.
