Machado Meyer act as deal counsel in the 3rd issuance of quotas of the Mogno Suno Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII.
Quotas were subject to public distribution, with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, under a best efforts placement regime for the total amount of the issuance, with the coordination of FRAM Capital Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários.
The Fund’s objective is to obtain income and capital gain, to be obtained by investing its net assets in certain Real Estate properties. Thus, the structuring of a new Issuance of Quotas by the fund was of great relevance to the Fund for the purposes of financing its new transactions and investments.
Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor in the context of the issuance of the fund, representing Mogno Capital Investimentos, Mogno Suno Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII, FRAM Capital Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, BRL Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Suno Gestora de Recursos.
