Machado Meyer Advogados assisted in the notification to CADE regarding the indirect acquisition by Kora Saúde Participações of a magnetic resonance imaging device owned by Diagnósticos da América, used in the diagnostic imaging service provided by Dasa, through Unimagem – Medicina Diagnóstica, to Hospital OTO Santos Dumont, which is part of Kora Group, located in Fortaleza/CE.

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel to Diagnósticos da América, with partner Maria Eugênia Novis (pictured) and lawyer Ivan Vinicius Nunes Fernandes.
