Machado Meyer act on the follow on of the FIDC by Bemol and XP

Machado Meyer advised XP on the follow on (secondary emission) of the senior quotas of the receivables investment fund (FIDC) structured by Bemol for extending personal loans to its clients through BMP Money Plus Sociedade de Crédito Direto (BMP).

The FIDC has VERT Gestora de Recursos Financeiros as its portfolio Manager, and Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários as its Administrator.

The FIDC’s investment policy consists in the acquisition of Bank Credit Bills (CCB) issued by Bemol’s clients in favor to BMP. The senior quotas of the FIDC were public offered in the Brazilian capital market by XP, as lead bookrunner.

Machado Meyer advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and relied on partner Thales Tormin Saito (pictured) and lawyer Gabriel De Castro Dias.

Vidigal Neto Advogados advised Bemol.
