Machado Meyer acts as deal counsel on Eletromidia issue

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel, advising Eletromidia and the underwriters Banco Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA and Banco Santander (Brasil), in advised on the 4th issue of debentures, for public distribution, of Eletromidia, on the amount of BRL 350 million.

The net funds obtained through the issue will be fully used to manage the issuer’s financial liabilities and/or investments in general.
