Machado Meyer acts in new issue of Chlorum Brasil Holding

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel for Chlorum Brasil Holding, as well as for Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, in the third issue of Negotiable Obligations, in Single Series, for Public Distribution, under the Automatic Distribution Registration Rite, by Chlorum Brasil Holding, for a total of R$ 1,000,000.00.

The net proceeds of the issue, signed on November 21 and closed on November 29, will be used exclusively for the ordinary management of the Company’s business, including, but not limited to, the strengthening of its cash position.

Machado Meyer’s team was composed of partners Fernanda Cury Messias (pictured left) and Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured right), with the support of attorneys Marianna Torello Palladino and Paula Lumi Sonoki.
