Machado Meyer advise Incomm on the acquisition of Incentivale
Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor to Interactive Communications International Inc, (Incomm), a company from United States specialized in payment technology, on the acquisition, through its Brazilian subsidiary Incomm Brasil Pré Pago, of a 100% equity interest in Incentivale Marketing de Incentivo (Incentivale), a Brazilian start-up company in the gift card and benefits sector.
The acquisition of Incentivale is part of Incomm’s strategy to penetrate and expand its presence in the Brazilian market. The transaction value was not disclosed
Machado Meyer relied on partner Mariana Meditsch (pictured) and lawyers Maria Eduarda Medeiros Saboia and Tatiana Machado Soares.

FAS Advogados advised Incentivale and its equity holders in the sale of their equity interest in the company to Incomm and relied on partner Renata Homem de Melo and lawyers Diego Garcia Vieira Casquel, Caroline Zanotti Naufal and Everson Ferreira da Silva.
