Tauil & Chequer on the sale of the Castlelake solar parks to Atiaia
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Castlelake on the sale of the Assuruá and Verde Vale III solar parks to Atiaia Renováveis, in a R$ 368 million operation.
Located in the state of Bahia, the two complexes together have an installed capacity of 54.5MWp (44.8MWac) and long-term contracts acquired through the Reserve Energy Auction.
