Machado Meyer advise on issuance by Opea backed by Rivelli
Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel advising Rivelli Alimentos and Banco Bradesco BBI on the 214th CRA issuance by Opea Securitizadora, backed by Rivelli commercial notes, distributed in two series with real and personal guarantees.
The transaction, totaling BRL 100 million, was the company’s first issuance, marking a transformational step in its funding strategy.
Machado Meyer was represented by partners Luis Filipe Gentil Pedro and Raphael Oliveira Zono, and lawyers Beatriz Antunes de Siqueira and Julia Soares Alves.
