Machado Meyer advise on issuance of debentures by Caedu
Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel in the public offering of simple debentures, in a single tranche, not convertible into shares, guaranteed by collateral, with additional fiduciary guarantee, of the 2nd (second) issuance of Caedu Comércio Varejista de Artigos do Vestuário, in the total amount of BRL 195 million.
The offer consisted of the public distribution of the debentures under CVM 160, as amended, as well as other applicable legal provisions.
