Machado Meyer advise on issuance of promissory Notes by J&F

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel in the second issuance of promissory notes by J&F Investimentos, in the total amount of R$ 734 millions.

The offer was concluded on July 30, 2022, and 100% of the notes were placed.

Machado Meyer Advogados represented Banco Bradesco BBI, J&F Investimentos, J&F Participações, and relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured) and lawyers Marianna Torello Palladino, William Rizzi, trainees Giorgia Giocondo and Helena Avanzi.
