Machado Meyer advises CTEEP on issuance of debentures
Machado Meyer Advogados advised on the 13th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, in a single tranche, of CTEEP – Companhia de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica Paulista, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of R$550 million and a tenor of 7 years, being the placement of the debentures intermediated by Banco BNP Paribas Brasil.
The funds raised through the debentures will be used to strengthen the issuer’s cash flow and ordinary management of issuer´s activities.
