Machado Meyer advises Inter in CRI’s issuance
Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel to Inter Construtora e Incorporadora, in the public offer of up to 60,000 certificates of real estate receivables (CRI), in a single series, of the 138th issuance of True Securitizadora, in the total amount of up to BRL 60 million.
The CRI are pegged on real estate credit rights represented by simple debentures, non-convertible, of the secured guarantee, in a single series, for private placement, of the 6th issue of Inter.
