Monteiro Rusu and Machado Meyer on Jaguar’s first issuance
Monteiro Rusu advised Jaguar Plásticos on its first public issuance of debentures, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, in the total amount of BRL 100 million.
The distribution was carried out by Banco Santander (Brasil), Banco Itau BBA and UBS BB Corretora de Titulos e Valores Mobiliarios, which were advised by Machado Meyer Advogados.
