Machado Meyer advises JHI on the acquisition of Rodoe

Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor to JHI (Flash Courier Group) on the acquisition of quotas representing the entire capital stock of Rodoe Transportes de Encomendas.

With the implementation of the Transaction Flash Courier Group expands its operations in the transportation market.
