Machado Meyer advises OLX on the acquisition of Altimus

Machado Meyer advised Bom Negócio Atividades de Internet (OLX) on the acquisition of the totality of the capital stock of Altimus Desenvolvimento de Software, a company of system solutions for the sale of vehicles.

The acquisition of Altimus will increase OLX’s presence in the automotive market. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Machado Meyer acted as legal counsel to OLX in the transaction, and relied on partner Manuela Lisboa (pictured), lawyers Eduardo Boldrin Camara, Litza Xavier De Brito Kronig.

Pasquali & Poffo Advogados Associados advised the other partie.
