Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the public offering for the distribution of real estate receivable certificates (CRI), in two tranches, of the 134th issue of True Securitizadora, linked to diversified real estate credit rights belonging to the economic group of Direcional Engenharia, in the total amount of R$ 91,828,448.19.
