Machado Meyer advises on Daycoval’s BRL 2bn issuance

Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel on the 15th issuance of financial letters, non-convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, from Banco Daycoval, in the total amount of BRL 2 billion, under the CVM 8.
The funds raised from the issuance aim to raise capital to finance the issuer’s activities, mainly long-term operations, such as loans and financing.

Machado Meyer advised Banco Daycoval and BTG Pactual Investment Banking, and relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured), lawyers Bruno Henrique Navas de Carvalho and Paula Lumi Sonoki
