Machado Meyer advises on debenture issue by Vidroporto
Machado Meyer advised on the public offering of the 5th issuance of debentures by Vidroporto, in the total amount of R$ 300 million.
The notes were guaranteed by a corporate guarantee granted by Indústria Vidreira do Nordeste (IVN) and secured by a security interest of receivables owned by IVN.
Machado Meyer has acted as deal counsel to Banco Itaú BBA and UBS Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as lead arrangers and underwritters, and Vidroporto, as issuer, and relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured), lawyers William Rizzi, Bruno Henrique Navas de Carvalho, Guilherme Viera Tavares and trainee Giulia Breda.
