Machado Meyer advises on debentures issuance of Santa Colomba

Machado Meyer advised 1st issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the species with real guarantee, with additional personal guarantee, in two series, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, of Santa Colomba Agropecuária, in the total amount of R$ 140 million.

Machado Meyer advised Banco ABC Brasil and Santa Colomba Agropecuária and relied on partner Raphael Oliveira Zono (pictured) and lawyers Bruno Henrique Navas De Carvalho.
