Machado Meyer advises on Economia Circular debenture issuance
Machado Meyer acted as deal counsel, jointly advising the coordinators and Economia Circular Participações on the second issuance of simple, non-convertible debentures with collateral, in a single series, distributed under automatic registration.
The transaction, in the amount of BRL 260 million, will finance investments in the Conde and São Carlos plants, as well as the construction of logistics hubs, expanding the company’s operations in the circular economy sector.
The debentures were classified as Ecoinvest securities, issued under the national program to encourage ecological transformation.
