Machado Meyer advises on Hidrovias do Brasil debenture issue

Machado Meyer advised banks Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Santander (Brasil) and the issuer Hidrovias do Brasil, on the context of the public offering of unsecured non-convertible debentures, in a single series, of the 3th issuance for public distribution, in the total amount of BRL 400 million.
