Machado Meyer advises on third issue of Fisia debentures
Machado Meyer has advised Banco Votorantim, as lead arranger, in the 3rd issue of Fisia Comércio de Produtos Esportivos’ single series of unsecured, unsecured, non-convertible debentures.
The issue, signed on July 18, was made through the automatic distribution registration procedure, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160, for a total amount of R$100.0 million (USD $21,090,372.24).
The firm advised the Bank in the preparation, review and negotiation of the offer documents.
Trench Rossi e Watanabe Advogados acted as counsel to Fisia Comércio de Produtos Esportivos, Grupo SBF and Vórtx Distribuidora De Títulos E Valores Mobiliários.
