Machado Meyer advises Orizon’s issuance
Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor to the issuer and the guarantor in the 5th issuance of simple, secured debentures, non-convertible into shares, with security interest and corporate guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, by Orizon Meio Ambiente, in the total amount of R$ 400 million.
The debentures resources will be used for payment and refinancing of existing acquisition debt in the amount of R $ 210.8 million, improving the duration and reducing the cost of capital of the group; and financing of the company’s expansion plan and its subsidiaries.
