Pinheiro Neto advises on acquisitions by Granja Mantiqueira
Pinheiro Neto advised the Sellers on the sale of Rizoma Agricultura and Fazenda da Toca to Granja Mantiqueira – the biggest egg producer in Latin America.
The acquisition involves the brand and production assets of Fazenda da Toca Orgânicos, as well as Rizoma Agro’s organic grain production operation, including machinery, silos and warehouses. (The land will be leased.)
The transaction is pending certain conditions precedent, including CADE approval.
