Machado Meyer advises underwriters on Usiminas debentures issue

Machado Meyer Advogados advised lead underwriter Banco Bradesco BBI and underwriter Banco Itaú BBA in the 8th issue of debentures, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, in two series, for public distribution with restricted efforts.
The total amount of the transaction was R$700 million.
The debentures were issued for the total early redemption of the 1st series of the 7th (seventh) debenture issue of the issuer.
