Pinheiro Neto and Lefosse advises Farmers First issue of senior quotas

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the Credit Rights Investment Fund Farmers First I in the 1st issue of senior quotas for public distribution with restricted sales efforts, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the offering. Lefosse acted as legal counsel for Banco Itaú BBA. The transaction value was R$100 million.
