Machado Meyer and Cescon act in issuance of CAERN
Machado Meyer advised the company and Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters on the first issue of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of the species with real guarantee in a single series, in accordance with CVM Instruction 476, of the Companhia de Águas e Esgotos do Rio Grande do Norte – CAERN, in the total amount of R$370 million.
Banco Santander (Brasil) acted as the leading underwriter in the offering (lead underwriter).
