Machado Meyer and Cescon Barrieu advise on Oceânica issue
Machado Meyer and Cescon Barrieu advised Oceânica Engenharia e Consultoria on its issuance of nonconvertible, secured debentures, in a single series, for the public distribution, without prior analysis under the CVM 160, in the total amount BRL 500 million.
The debentures were guaranteed by fiduciary assignment of credit rights of the company arising from certain agreements entered into with Petrobras and credit rights corresponding to funds deposited in an escrow account of the Issuer; mortgages on foreign vessels; and fiduciary assignment of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs).
