Machado Meyer and Lefosse act in CRI issuance
Machado Meyer acted as legal counsel to the debtor and the guarantor, on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates from the 52nd issue of True Securitizadora, backed by real estate credit rights arising from the issue of book-entry commercial notes issued by Mercado Envios Serviços de Logística, with a fiduciary guarantee from MercadoLivre.com Atividades de Internet and a corporate guarantee from MercadoLibre.
Lefosse has acted as counsel to Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Bradesco BBI and Banco Safra.
The offering was carried out pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, and 500,000 CRI were subscribed, totaling the total amount of R$500 million.
This is the first capital markets transaction carried out by the company, whose proceeds will be used in the expansion, revitalization, and modernization of its logistics structure in Brazil.
